Maitake Mushroom Patch

The Maitake Mushroom Patch™   Growing Temperature: 55–70° F
Maitake mushrooms (Grifola frondosa)—also known as "Hen of the Woods"—are succulent and delicious. They are also one of the most popular and widely recognized MycoMedicinal® mushrooms. Simply allow the kit to mature in the bag, then unwrap and water 2–3 times a day. Clusters of Maitake will spring forth in 1–2 weeks. Once your first flush has been harvested, the Maitake Mushroom Patch™ must be transferred to an outdoor bed for subsequent fruitings, which can occur in 6–12 months.

Comes with illustrated instructions and is Certified Organic by the Washington State Dept. of Agriculture.

The plug spawn is 100 count and comes with a 10 page instruction booklet.
