Centuries ago, weathervanes were one of the first instruments to detect changes in the weather by pointing in the direction from which the wind was blowing.  The Tower of Winds in Athens, Greece (48 B.C.) is among the earliest archaeological examples, topped with its Triton weathervane.  Made of recycled aluminum and coated with a durable finish, this weathervane will withstand the harshest of climates.  Meticulously inspected so that all rough surfaces are cleanly smoothed, these castings are known for their elegant design and incredible detail.
