Centuries ago, weathervanes were one of the first instruments to detect changes in the weather by pointing in the direction from which the wind was blowing.  The Tower of Winds in Athens, Greece (48 B.C.) is among the earliest archaeological examples, topped with its Triton weathervane.  This garden weathervane is made of recycled aluminum and coated with a durable finish to withstand the harshest of climates.  Meticulously inspected so that all rough surfaces are clean and smooth, these castings are known for their elegant design and incredible detail.
