The colored Catch a Falling Star Night Light is an enchanting porcelain engraving that comes alive when illuminated from behind. The breathtakingly detailed scene of a fairy cupping a star emerges in radiant tones when light passes through the varying thicknesses of the handcrafted lithopane. The color is acquired via a ceramic underglaze applied to the back of the pane before it is fired in a kiln. Beautiful enough to function as art, the night light provides soft light for safe navigation in the dark.
